At Linideco, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process clear, simple, and fair.
Return window (60 days)
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging included
If an item is returned in used, worn, damaged, or incomplete condition, we may be unable to approve the return.
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.
Linideco is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are available upon request.
Email info@linideco.com with your order number, and we’ll help you with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refund timeline:
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection
- After the refund is sent, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transfer
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
No restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
